My username and password do not work.  What should I do?

Most of my students have taken the exam but a few students are saying that they cannot login to the system.  What should I do?
Login to your account and verify that the student in question exists in the system.  Copy their credentials and logout.  Attempt to login to their account and verify that they have the correct username and password.  If you are successful, resend the username and password to the student.

Confirm that the student is using one of the following web browsers with JavaScript enabled: Internet Explorer 6 and higher, Firefox 2 and higher, Safari 2 and higher. If the issue persists, contact an Aspen Publishers support specialist at: legaledu@wolterskluwer.com.
